LADBROKES SCOTTISH PREMIERSHIP: SAINTS 0-0 HEARTS

Saints were unfortunate not to leapfrog 3rd placed Hearts after 0-0 draw against the Edinburgh side which the hosts dominated for long spells, even before Hearts' Juanma was sent off after 27 minutes.

It was one of those days when the ball would not find the back of the net for St. Johnstone, despite numerous chances to take the lead. Saints' pressure culminated in an 80th minute penalty, however Steven MacLean blasted the spot kick over the bar.
