Just two of the club's four players out on-loan featured at the weekend as Greg Hurst (Berwick Rangers) and Callum Hendry (Brechin City) were both on the losing side in their respective matches.
BSC Glasgow's Lowland League clash with Dalbeattie Star was postponed due to bad weather meaning Ross Sinclair and Cameron Ballantyne had the weekend off.
GREG HURST (Berwick Rangers)
It was another disappointing afternoon for 21-year-old striker Greg Hurst as Berwick Rangers fell to a 3-0 defeat at Forthbank against Kevin Rutkiewicz's Stirling Albion.
Hurst managed to carve himself a number of chances in the match but was unable to convert as Berwick slipped to their 9th league defeat of the season.
To make things worse for Hurst, the forward picked up an injury in the second-half with ten minutes remaining and he will be assessed by the Saints medical team this week.
CALLUM HENDRY (Brechin City)
Callum Hendry started as Brechin City lost 2-1 to Raith Rovers at Stark's Park.
It was the first match for Brechin since the departure of former Saints defender Darren Dods as boss but the change in manager didn't change the fortunes of the Glebe Park outfit.
Next up for Brechin and Callum is Forfar Athletic, managed by another former Saints defender Jim Weir.
