Shaun Struthers scored for Saints U20s as they lost 4-1 to Ross County U20s at the Global Energy Stadium this afternoon.
After a goalless first half Jamie Lindsay gave the home side the lead on 51 minutes. It was then 2-0 2 minutes later as Greg Morrison found the bottom corner of the net with a 20-yard strike.
The Staggies then made it 3-0 on 58 minutes when Billy McKay headed the ball past Ross Sinclair from a corner.
Saints pulled a goal back on the hour mark as Shaun Struthers slotted home from the edge of the box.
However, County got a fourth deep into added on time when James Wallace found the back of the net from close range.
