Aaron Comrie

Aaron Comrie joined Saints during the 2014/15 season after spending much of his youth career previous to that at Celtic. Comrie quickly became the Development side's first-choice at right-back and featured in a number of pre-season friendlies for the St. Johnstone first-team.

The young defender, who comes from Glenrothes in Fife, spent the second half of the 2015/16 campaign on-loan at League Two side Montrose under the management of former Saints defender Paul Hegarty. At The Gable Endies, Comrie wrote his name into the club's history books by scoring the winner in a 3-2 win over East Stirling, Montrose's 900th league win.

Aaron made his first team debut as a substitute for the injured Richard Foster in the 1-1 draw away to Hamilton Accies on September 25th 2016. He then had a loan spell in League One with Peterhead before returning to Saints for the 2017/18 season where he started against his former club Celtic in a 1-1 draw at Celtic Park at the beginning of the campaign.

He made 13 appearances in that season and started the club's opening Ladbrokes Premiership fixture of the 2018/19 season in a 2-0 defeat to Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.

Aaron's home jersey is kindly sponsored by William Cormack, and his away jersey is available to sponsor.
