Stefan Scougall

Stefan Scougall joined the club during the summer of 2017 on a two-year-deal after his released from Sheffield United.

The midfielder started his career at Livingston, joining the West Lothian club full-time in 2010. He made his senior debut for Livingston on October 16th 2010 as a substitute in a 4–1 win against Stenhousemuir in the Scottish Second Division and made two further appearances that season as Livi sealed the title. Scougall became a regular the following season in the First Division and was rewarded with a new long-term contract in September 2012, designed to keep him at Almondvale until the summer of 2016.

Scougall's performances for Livingston saw him attract the attention of scouts from south of the border and in January 2014 he joined Sheffield United on a three-and-a-half-year-deal for an undisclosed fee. However, with several changes of manager and limited game time he didn’t get the chance to make the impact he had hoped down south and after a loan-spell with Fleetwood Town he was keen to return to Scotland once the Yorkshire club had indicated that he was free to go.

Stefan made 27 first-team appearances in his debut season with Saints but has found it more difficult to break into the starting line-up so far this campaign. He scored his first goal of the current season in the 1-0 League Cup victory over Falkirk.

Stefan's home jersey is kindly sponsored by Cherrybank Blues and his away jersey is available for sponsorship.

Player Sponsorship is £315 (Inc. VAT) for the season - contact the club on 01738 455000 for more information.
