Ticketing for Disabled Supporters
Tickets can be purchased online through our Ticket Office.
Complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) tickets are available to eligible supporters (DLA, PIP, Attendance Allowance, AFIP, sight/hearing loss certification, or relevant medical letters).
Wheelchair platform tickets must be booked via the Ticket Office directly.
The club applies a pan-disability approach and may offer PA tickets at its discretion to supporters with other physical, mental, or mobility conditions.

Wheelchair Access & Viewing Platforms
There are three elevated and covered wheelchair platforms with step-free access:
- Main Stand (Home): 8 bays – entrance 2
- Main Stand (Away): 8 bays – entrance 5
- East Stand (Home): 11 bays – entrance 17
Personal Assistants are seated adjacent where possible. If platforms are full, PAs will be seated in the row in front or behind. All platforms have at-seat catering.
Accessible Parking & Drop-Off
There are three accessible parking zones:
- North end of Geoff Brown Stand (visiting support)
- South end of Geoff Brown Stand (home support)
- Ormond Stand (East/Ormond home support)
- Matchday bays are £5 (cash).
- Some Geoff Brown Stand bays can be purchased as season permits.
- Coach/bus parking available (£20 cash).
- Drop-off points: Southeast, southwest corners (home support) and north end (visitors).
- Post-match access may be delayed for safety.

Accessible Toilets
There are seven accessible toilets throughout the stadium:
- Geoff Brown Stand: Muirton Suite, Office Area, 2x Home End, 1x Away End
- East Stand: 2x South End
Three toilets use RADAR keys (available from stewards) and all are stoma-friendly.
Audio Descriptive Commentary
This is available in all stands for blind, partially sighted, or sensory-sensitive supporters. Devices must be pre-booked via the Ticket Office or DAO contact.
Assistance Dogs
Supporters with assistance dogs are welcome. Please contact the DAO in advance so we can arrange appropriate seating and any additional accommodations.
Sensory Bags
We offer a limited number of sensory bags for home and away supporters. These contain items like fidget toys, stress balls, soft ear plugs, bubbles, and more. Bags are free to borrow and can be reserved by contacting the DAO.
The Saints Shop
Located at the Ormond Stand, next to Turnstile 18
- Ramp access available
- Open 75 minutes before kick-off and 20 minutes after full time (except evening matches)
- Card and contactless payments accepted
Food & Beverage
- At-seat catering available at all wheelchair platforms
- Kiosk assistants will take orders shortly after kick-off
- Contactless preferred, but cash accepted
- Large-print handheld menus available
- Staff and stewards are happy to help with kiosk access
Temporary Accessibility Support
If you have a short-term condition (e.g. broken leg), let us know in advance. We can offer alternative seating or a wheelchair if needed.
Mobility Aid Storage
If you’re bringing a mobility scooter, walker, or other aid, we may be able to store it securely during the match. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
Signage & Wayfinding
The club continually reviews and updates signage to improve visibility and navigation across the stadium.
Staff Training & Stewarding
- Our stewarding team is trained in disability awareness and emergency protocol.
- Additional disability etiquette and customer care training is provided.
- Staff are briefed on our accessibility services before each matchday.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard Scheme
We proudly support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard scheme. If you feel you would benefit from wearing a lanyard at the stadium, please contact us and we will arrange one for you.
