We announced the appointment of Jordi Aluja as our new assistant manager in the summer of 2025.

Aluja arrived at McDiarmid Park with a strong coaching pedigree and quickly got to work with the squad on the training field.

He started coaching at the age of 15 in his Spanish hometown of Cambrils. He would later spend time with Angkor Tiger in Cambodia before basing himself in Finland for the past five years.

As well as assistant roles at Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat (KTP) and Oulun Luistinseura (OLS), Aluja has also held the position of head coach at Käpylän Pallo (KäPa) and Salon Palloilijat (SalPa).
