We are delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new outdoor Fanzone at McDiarmid Park, created in partnership with Findlays Events.
The Fanzone will officially open this weekend at our Scottish Championship match against Greenock Morton on Saturday from 11am, offering supporters the perfect place to gather pre-match and enjoy a lively build-up to kick-off.
Located at the north end of our astroturf, the Fanzone will feature a range of food and drink options provided by Findlay’s Events, alongside entertainment and activities designed to enhance the matchday experience for Saints fans of all ages.
Speaking about the launch, CEO Francis Smith said: “We’re excited to bring something new to McDiarmid Park that adds to the atmosphere on matchdays and gives supporters a space to come together before games. The Fanzone will be a fantastic addition throughout the season and we’d like to thank Findlays Events for their support in helping make this possible.”
Scott Findlay of Findlays Events added: “We are delighted to be partnering with St Johnstone Football Club and opening the new Fanzone at McDiarmid Park.
“There is a real buzz at the club at the moment and I am sure the Fanzone will add to that on a matchday. We can’t wait to see as many supporters as possible down for the grand opening on Saturday.”
The Fanzone will be open from 11am until 2:45pm ahead of Saturday’s 3pm kick-off against Morton, with home and away supporters encouraged to arrive early to sample everything on offer including a BBQ.
The Fanzone will also be open after the match from 5pm until 7pm.
