Fan Return FAQ's
THERE WILL BE NO BALLOT PROCESS FOR OUR GAME AGAINST FLEETWOOD TOWN ON SATURDAY, 24TH JULY.
Can I sit in my normal reserved season ticket seat?
We have had to create a seating plan which ensures compliance with the legislation and guidance, and this means you may not be in your normal seat or stand. Once restrictions are removed, we will look to allow fans back into their normal reserved season ticket seat.
*Fans in the main stand who have reserved seats around the tunnel may be displaced for a longer period of time to allow the protection of both playing teams and staff. This guidance is supplied to us from SFA and we will update this when we receive new guidance.
My ticket tells me to come to the stadium at a set time, do I have to arrive then?
Yes. We have created timed access for supporters and staff safety and you are required to turn up at the time detailed on your e-ticket.
We encourage all supporters to present themselves at the turnstile during their allocated time slot, to assist us with supporter safety and to help minimise queuing.
Do I need to wear a mask when I am in my seat?
We ask fans to respect fellow supporters and the Club’s staff by always wearing masks within the stadium footprint and any queuing lanes before entering.
*Recognised medical exemption applies.
Is the car park open as normal?
Yes, the car park is open and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no reserved bays.
There is limited Disabled parking available, please contact
There will be a charge of £5 and it will be cash only with no change available.
What changes will I notice on a matchday? will it be like attending a game with restrictions?
You will notice one-way systems, extra staff around concourses and signage. Toilets now have a set capacity with match day staff positioned on the entry to let you know when to enter.
What happens at the end of the match?
Like on an airplane during boarding, matchday stewards will ask everyone to remain seated and then they will direct groups out in an orderly fashion. Please support this by waiting until you are called by the matchday staff. This will only take around 15 minutes at the most for persons sitting further back in the stands.
*If you wish to leave before full time, please follow the one-way system to exit the stadium.
All preseason friendlies this year are included in your season ticket.
*Subject to availability and conditions within the stadium.
Will the Saints shop and catering kiosks open?
The Saints shop will open but please be aware that we will only be accepting cashless sales.
All kiosks will be opened for our game against Fleetwood town with reduced staff to ensure social distancing.
Please note that all kiosks now have card machines and that card payment is preferred.
I am a disabled fan who has reserved my seat, what do I do?
