Saints bow out of the Co-operative Insurance Cup at Livingston

Saints have been knocked out of the Co-operative Insurance Cup tonight, going down 2-1 to Livingston at Almondvale after extra-time.

This was a much more cohesive performance from Saints following Saturday's very poor performance at Firhill but they still were not able to test the Livvy keeper often enough despite having plenty of the ball.

Liam Craig (pictured)put Saints ahead just after the break but the home side drew level soon after and with no more goals in the 90 minutes the game went to extra-time where Livingston scored the only other goal.
