Season ticket FAQs – 2021/22

With season ticket renewals going on sale from today and ahead of our general sale on Thursday, 3rd of June we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions for supporters.

Will renewal packs be sent out this year?  

As with last year, no season ticket renewal packs will be issued.  All season ticket renewals should be completed via our online ticketing system at https://www.perthstjohnstonefc.co.uk/tickets 

However, should you experience any issues when completing your renewal online please email us at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk  
 
I would like to move seat this season.  Can I do this online?

If you would prefer to move to a new seat you will be able to choose a new seat online once the general sale has commenced on Thursday, 3rd June.
 
When supporters are permitted to return to McDiarmid Park will I be guaranteed my season ticket seat?

It should be noted that as and when supporters are permitted to return to McDiarmid Park, depending on physical distancing restrictions and protocols at that time, it may not be possible for you to take up your allocated season ticket seat.  Should this be the case you will be offered an alternative seat.
 
What happens to my existing seat if I do not renew my season ticket by Thursday, 3rd Junee? 

Your existing seat my still be available after Thursday, 3rd June but it will also be visible and available to new buyers once the renewal period has ended, and the general sale has begun.
 
I didn’t have a season ticket last season.  When I can buy a season ticket?

You will be able to buy a season ticket once the general sale has commenced on Thursday, 3rd June.
 
I have moved to a different age category of season ticket (eg adult > senior citizen).  Can I renew online? 

If you have moved to a different age category of season ticket please contact us by email at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk in advance of renewing so that we may update your season ticket category for you.

I have a wheelchair/ambulant disabled season ticket.  Can I renew my season ticket online?

Yes, you should follow the process online to renew.  Personal assistants will be renewed if there is already one attached to your season ticket.  New applications should be made directly by contacting our ticket office by email at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk
 
I have a student half-season ticket.  Can I renew online?

You will not be able to renew this online.  Please contact our ticket office by email at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk 
 
We are a family/group with 3 season tickets but only 2 of us wish to renew.  Can we do this online?

If you are looking to remove a season ticket holder from your renewal order please contact us by emailing ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk in advance of renewing so that we may amend your order for you.
 
We have a family group of season tickets in the Ormond Stand.  Can we renew online?

To renew Ormond Stand season tickets please email us at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk  
 
Is there a finance option this year?

The Club has once again partnered with V12.

On the payment page, you will be offered the option to either pay by card or apply for finance.  You should learn whether or not your application has been successful within 90 minutes.  Should your application for finance be declined you will get an email confirming same and you have the option of renewing again and paying in full by card.
 
 
I would like to add a free U12 season ticket to my season ticket.  Can I do this online?

If you are looking to add a season ticket to your season ticket renewal please contact us by emailing ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk 
 
When supporters are allowed back in the stadium will there be a pay at the gate option?

For the foreseeable future, there will be no pay at the gate option at McDiarmid Park.
Supporters who would normally pay at the gate will need to purchase online in advance.  This can be done in a matter of minutes and tickets can be printed at home or downloaded straight to your smartphone for ease of access.

This simple process on our website will eliminate the need for cash handling and possible cross-contamination. 

The Club is adopting a cashless policy throughout McDiarmid Park and work has already been undertaken to install card terminals and point of sale systems at all outlets within the stadium including kiosks, bars, and The Saints Shop.
 
Will I be able to purchase a car park pass for this coming season?

You will be able to purchase a car park pass for season 2021/22 at a later date.  We will release further information in due course.
 
Will my new season ticket give me access to Saints TV?

We will confirm Saints TV access details at a later date.
