We are delighted to be participating in the AccessibAll Week of Action 2026 – Total Football Total Access.
The AccessibAll Week of Action is an annual initiative which celebrates access for all and promotes the wider inclusion of disabled people in football, and we at St Johnstone FC are delighted to be joining with other stakeholders across Europe to promote the important message of access and inclusion for all.
AccessibAll aims to improve access and inclusion within the game that we love and is working hard to ensure disabled people can take their rightful place amongst their peers within football – from grassroots to the boardroom – as fans, guests, volunteers, employees, coaches, and players, and as leaders, and decision makers.
We at St Johnstone Football Club are working hard to ensure McDiarmid Park is as accessible as possible for all and in recent years have adopted new initiatives such as:
- Membership of the Sunflower Lanyard Hidden Disabilities Scheme
- Converting disabled loos to ensure they are Stoma Friendly – supported by Colostomy UK
- Additional disabled parking bays together with a prebooking system for home and visiting fans
- Cup holders at all wheelchair bays
- At your seat’ catering at wheelchair platforms
- Online ticket sales for ambulant disabled fans and their personal assistants
- Sensory bag loan service for home and visiting fans
- Lift access in the Geoff Brown Stand
