We recently announced the date of our Hall of Fame event at Perth Concert Hall on 1st November 2025 and ticket sales have been brisk.
There will be six new inductees on the night and we are now in a position to reveal the first two names.
Goalkeeper Sandy McLaren was a huge figure for the club between 1927 and 1933 who made his mark between the sticks for Saints over the course of six years before heading south to Leicester City. Still the youngest goalkeeper to be capped by Scotland, local boy Sandy won many admirers and we are delighted that descendants of Sandy will be present to accept the induction on his behalf.
Our second name needs little introduction as he rightly takes his place in the Hall of Fame. Tommy Wright stepped into the club’s managerial role in 2013 and masterminded the most successful decade in our club’s illustrious history.
Our first major national cup win, a third place Premiership finish and numerous, memorable European campaigns are all on the CV of the man from Ballyclare and we are delighted that he will be with us at Perth Concert Hall to accept his induction in person.
The remaining names will be announced in due course and we hope that you will join us as we celebrate these important figures in the history of St Johnstone.
Tickets are priced at £72 per person (including vat) or a table of 10 for £700 (including vat) which includes a three-course meal.
