St Johnstone Football Club is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Ticket Office Supervisor.

You will be Responsible for helping develop the ticketing operations for all seasonal and match day home and away ticket sales and the maintenance of the CRM system.

Organise the allocation and processing of tickets; this includes supervising the ticketing procedures and systems, sales reporting, financial reconciliation and ensuring customer service is of the highest level.

Growing and maintaining the CRM to help ensure St Johnstone Football Club can make the most out of the marketing opportunities it offers.

Overseeing direct communications with customers and help build strong relationships with supporters.

Develop strong working relationships with key members of the ticketing system providers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join at an exciting time. 

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work evenings and weekends on matchdays. This role also includes general admin and helping in other areas of the business. This role will be permanent and full time – 37.5 hours per week.
