Today we travel through to Easter Road in what will be only our second time in the Capital this season.

This is crunch time of the season as Saints will be looking to grab every point they can get as they crawl closer to that lucrative fifth spot.

The Saints' spirit could not be higher at the moment after Sunday night's historic win over Rangers at Ibrox.

If you have been living under a rock for the last week, let's get you back up to speed. On Sunday night, Saints travelled through to Ibrox to face Rangers in the Quarter Finals of the Scottish Cup. Both teams fought hard for 90 minutes, but neither could break the deadlock. However, in the 116th minute James Tarvernier found himself with space in the box and nodded in from 5 yards out, which looked to seal the victory for the hosts.

Then the unthinkable happened. A St Johnstone corner in the 120th minute created quite possibly one of the greatest moments in Scottish Football ever. Zander Clark, yes Zander, our goalkeeper, found himself unmarked in the Rangers box and he headed his effort right onto Chris Kane's foot, which bounced into the Rangers' net. What followed can only be described as genuinely wild 'scenes'.

What made this night even sweeter is that the Saints then when on to win the penalty shoot-out. A perfect end to a perfect night.

However, today it's back to League business, and there is still a big task at hand. As the season closes in, Saints are desperate to secure that fifth-place spot, and points don't come more valuable than Hibernian away - a fixture which Saints have a very respectable record in.
