St Johnstone Football Club would like to share our plans for Remembrance Day events.

Tomorrow our owner Adam Webb will lay a wreath ahead of kick-off at East End Park alongside representatives from Dunfermline. Our players will be wearing poppies on their jerseys during the game.

On Remembrance Day, Tuesday, November 11, club CEO Fran Smith will attend Perth and Kinross Council’s Remembrance ceremony.

Remembrance Day will also be marked with a service inside McDiarmid Park starting shortly before 11am. This will be led by our club chaplain David Barrie.

Please note, supporters will also be able to attend this service and can enter the stadium from 10.45am via the fire exit beside turnstiles three and four of the Geoff Brown Stand.

The Scottish Poppy Appeal is Scotland’s largest fundraising campaign and takes place annually in the lead up to Remembrance Sunday in November. For more information, click HERE.
