We joined forces with Saints in the Community to celebrate Scottish Disability Sport Week.
Head coach Simo Valakari and men’s players Jack Baird and Ross Sinclair visited Saints in the Community’s Inclusion Through Sport group where everyone enjoyed a series of fun football challenges and a question-and-answer session.
Members of the group then stepped in front of the camera for a post-match interview experience with the club’s media and communications team.
Lewis Brown said: “I really enjoyed it. It was a great run around and I enjoyed playing with Ross Sinclair and Jack Baird.
“Simo gave us some good tactics before our game, and it was nice to take them into our session.”

Goalkeeper Scott Phillips added: “I am proud of all my friends out there. They listened to Simo before our game and we played well.
“The sessions with Saints in the Community are fantastic for all of us. My highlight from the game was saving a shot from Ross Sinclair!”
Scottish Disability Sport Week highlights and promotes the opportunities and the impact physical activity can have on individuals, communities, clubs and society across Scotland.

The session last week shone a particular light on the impact of clubs and communities. We’re proud to play our part.
