Ahead of our William Hill Premiership fixture against Hearts at Tynecastle later this month, we can now confirm the ticket process for this match.
The game is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 29 at 3pm.
Due to the limited number of tickets offered to us, season ticket holders will be given a priority period during which they can log into their Fanbase app to purchase tickets.
The priority period will go live on Thursday, August 13 at 12 noon and will end on Tuesday, August 18 at 10am.
Should any tickets remain after this time, these will go on general sale via the Fanbase app at 10.15am on Tuesday, August 18.
During the priority period, season ticket holders will be able to purchase the number of tickets equal to that on their season ticket order – i.e., if you are a family of three season ticket holders you will be able to purchase three match tickets for Tynecastle.

Personal assistant: £0
If and when the upper tier sells out, the lower tier will be released for sale, prices are as follows:

Disabled supporters
- Ambulant disabled supporters should purchase tickets online at the age appropriate price. Where a personal assistant is required this should be added to your basket at the point of purchase.
- Wheelchair supporters and personal assistants – please buy online. Bays are marked at row WD and are yellow on the seating plan (4 bays + 4 personal assistant seats available). Wheelchair disabled price is £18 with PA free of charge.

Ticket collection/postage
If you require your tickets to be posted out please select postage as an ‘add-on’ when purchasing. Please ensure that your address and postcode is up to date on Fanbase. All tickets will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail. The last date for posting tickets out will be Thursday, August 20 at 2pm. Any ticket orders placed after this time will be for collection from McDiarmid Park only.
Where you have selected ‘collection’ for your order, please allow us 24 hours to process your ticket order before visiting the McDiarmid Park ticket office to collect.
Just to reiterate, Heart of Midlothian FC do not offer QR codes for visiting supporters. You must purchase a physical ticket for this match. There will be no cash gates or ticket sales on matchday.
Supporters’ Bus information
The McDiarmid Park Supporters’ Bus will leave the stadium at 12.30pm. Call 01738 459090 option 1 to book. Adults £14/Over 65 & U16 £10 – cash on the bus.
