Pupils at Tulloch Primary School were treated to a special visit last week as members of our men’s and women’s teams – along with mascot Brogan the Beagle – dropped in to take part in an inspiring school assembly.
Head Coach Simo Valakari led the visit, joined by men’s first team players Chieck Diabate, Matty Foulds, Toby Steward and Scott Bright. Representing the women’s side, Manager Josh Henderson and defender Niamh Irvine were also in attendance.

The assembly was full of energy as the children got the chance to put their questions to the Saints guests, with topics ranging from life as a professional footballer to how the players prepare for big games. The players and staff also spoke about the importance of nutrition, wellbeing, and living a healthy lifestyle, encouraging the pupils to make positive choices both on and off the pitch.

Of course, the biggest cheer of the day was reserved for club mascot Brogan the Beagle, who was on hand to meet the children and spread plenty of smiles.
We would like to thank everyone at Tulloch Primary for the warm welcome and fantastic questions. Community visits like this are a key part of the club’s commitment to inspiring the next generation across Perth and Kinross.
