A huge thanks to everyone who attended the launch evening of new book Walking down the Dunkeld Road – The History of Muirton Park on Tuesday evening.
Written by club historians, Alastair Blair and Brian Doyle, the new book was officially launched at McDiarmid Park and the publication is the perfect gift this Christmas with remarkable insight, detail, and stories from across generations of supporters included.
Legends from the Muirton Park era attended the signing event and a great evening was had by all.
Co-author, Alastair Blair said: “It was a very enjoyable night at McDiarmid Park for the launch of the new book on The History of Muirton Park. As you can see from the pictures, there were some rather famous former players there and I would just like to thank them all for coming along.
“Brian and I also want to say thanks to everyone who came along to buy a book and we hope everyone enjoys learning a bit more history about our special club.”
The book has a foreword by owner Adam Webb and copies are already selling well ahead of Christmas. Paperback versions are available for £25 and hardback versions are also available to order at £35 each.
