SAINTS ADHD + PROJECT The second block of our project that is taking place in partnership with Perth ADHD + began this week. The participants are making use of the fantastic facilities at the Kinfauns Stables where they will take part in ten weeks of horse riding.

FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING With funding support from the Scottish Government and the SPFL Trust, Football Fans in Training provides 13-weeks of light exercise and useful advice on how to get fitter, lead a more active life and improve your general health. Our next course will be for ladies and will start at McDiarmid Park in January (date to be confirmed). The session will take place in the Muirton Suite and Gym on a Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 8pm. FIT FANS is free and everyone receives a special Saints FFIT t-shirt. Please get in touch to book a place: or call Danny for more information 01738 459095.

FOOTBALL MEMORIES This award-winning project provides the opportunity for men and women to get together and reminisce about games, players and goals from a time “when fitba was fitba”. Sessions begin again at McDiarmid Park on 7th September and will also take place over the winter in Blairgowrie and Crieff. Get in touch if you have a relative or know someone who might benefit from attending.
