6th November 2020

FRIDAY 6TH OCTOBER 2020

Tonight, we host Kilmarnock in a crucial Friday night match as Callum Davidson's side look to extend a run of four matches unbeaten. Kick off is 7.45PM.

It's still very early in the campaign but with only 5 points separating 11th place from 5th, every match this season will count. Saints, who currently sit in 9th, will be looking to secure a win this evening to keep moving up the table.

We are coming off the back of a 0-0 draw at home to Dundee United - a scoreline that did not do justice to Saints' dominance which included some fast flowing, slick football. We were unfortunate not to get 3 points against the Tangerine Terrors who had their goalkeeper to thank for making some big saves throughout the match.

Gavin Duncan will be overseeing the game tonight and he will be assisted by Frank Connor and Graham McNeillie.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

This will be the second time we have faced Kilmarnock this season. Saints travelled to Rugby Park in the first encounter and left with all three points after a last gasp 90th minute Michael O'Halloran winner to seal all three points for the Saints in a 2-1 victory. This will be the 159th time these two sides have met in all competitions with Saints winning 48 of them compared to Kilmarnock who have won 76 times, with 34 draws.
