The Club's Vice-Chairman, Charlie Fraser, will be 'Trekking for the Trust' in a 25 mile next month, all to raise money for Saints in the Community!
Charlie is taking part in the Virtual Dundee Kiltwalk on the first weekend of July and plans to walk along the Fife coast from St. Andrews to Elie on Saturday 4th July.
A founding Trustee of Saints in the Community, Charlie has set a fundraising target of £300 and is already over halfway there through online donations.
Speaking about his upcoming challenge, Charlie said: "The COVID-19 Pandemic has affected almost all areas of our lives. The Trust is no different.
"The many good works carried out by the Trust have been curtailed and this has not only had a financial impact but has also massively affected our ability to engage with our participants in activities such as Football Memories, FIT Fans, youngsters with ADHD and of course SAINTS KIDZ, which I hope will be the first stepping stone for any youngster to attain a dream of the paying in the St. Johnstone first-team.
"Hopefully, we are seeing an end to this difficult period and I and my fellow Trustees would welcome any kind donation from you. I promise that it will be put to good use.”
