It’s never been more important to get fitter, healthier – and be happier, too. Thousands of people across Scotland have now benefitted from participating in FFIT and it's now the world’s leading sport & physical health intervention programme.
Indeed, research from the University of Glasgow shows that when you lose weight with FFIT you have a great chance of losing it for good!
Running every Thursday evening for 13-weeks, Saints in the Community are looking for women like you to step up to the challenge and take part in this FREE healthy lifestyle programme.

If you are a woman aged between 35-65 with a waist size of 38 inches+ or a BMI of 28+, FFIT may be just the ticket to help you kick-off a healthier lifestyle!
Every 90 minute session is split into two parts: a classroom workshop followed by physical exercise. The 45 minute classroom session will focus on a different topic each week which including managing your alcohol consumption, understanding food labels and balancing your diet.
The physical exercise component can be as simple as a gentle walk, a circuit session with the Saints in the Community trained coaching staff or an introduction to a new sport.
Sessions take place at McDiarmid Park and will start from 30th January and every Thursday thereafter from 6:30PM to 8PM.
