Season ticket FAQs

With season tickets for the 2024/25 season now on sale we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions for supporters. If you have a query that is not covered below please email us at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk.

Will I receive a renewal pack through the post?

No, season ticket renewal packs are no longer sent out. All season ticket renewals should be completed via our online ticketing system, which can be viewed HERE. Links are also available on our social media channels.

However, should you require assistance with this or experience any issues when completing your renewal online please email us at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk.

How do I renew my existing season ticket?

If you are an existing season ticket holder your seat will be held for renewal until midnight on Sunday, 30th June to allow you time to renew for next season. After this deadline your seat will be released for general sale.

The easiest way to renew your season ticket is online. If you require assistance please email us at ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk with your query.

If you require a call back, please include your name and telephone number. We would ask that if you do need to email us, please do so only once as we will respond to all emails in the order that we receive them.

We have created a brief step by step guide to assist you during the renewal process:

1. Please enter your 13-digit barcode without any spaces. Your barcode can be found on your 2023/24 season ticket and beneath your season ticket QR code in your ticketing app. If you have multiple season tickets on your 2023/24 order any of the barcodes will work.

2. Once you have entered your barcode the next screen will highlight your seat(s) from your previous order.

3. If you are looking to renew your season ticket without any amendments to your previous season ticket please select add to basket and continue on to checkout where you will be invited to make payment and complete your transaction.

IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER:

AMENDING A SEASON TICKET AGE/PRICE CATEGORY: If you need to amend your season ticket price category (e.g., moving from an adult to a senior; moving from an U12 to an U20 etc) please click on the seat you wish to amend to deselect it, then reselect it, choosing the age-appropriate price from the drop-down menu.

SEAT MOVE: If you would like to choose an alternative seat please deselect your existing seat and choose a new one from those available, choose appropriate price category, and then add to your basket.

SEASON TICKET NO LONGER REQUIRED: If one of your seats is no longer required, please remove this seat from your order by deselecting it.

ADDING A SEASON TICKET: If you would like to add an additional season ticket to your order please select an available seat and choose the appropriate price category.

To continue, please add your seats to your basket and proceed to checkout where you will be able to make your payment.

Please ensure that you complete all the required fields as accurately as possible, paying particular attention to spelling, date of birth, and your email address. You will have 15 minutes to complete your transaction.

I didn’t have a season ticket for 2023/24 but want to buy one for next season. Can I do that now?

Yes, you can purchase a 2024/25 season ticket right away. However, until Sunday, 30th June you will only be able to select seats which have not been renewed by existing season ticket holders for the new season. After this date, any seat which has not been renewed will become available for purchase.

I have a wheelchair/ambulant disabled season ticket. Can I renew my season ticket online?

Yes, you should follow the online process described above to renew. Personal assistants will be renewed if there is already one attached to your season ticket.

New buyers of wheelchair/ambulant season tickets should buy online. Personal assistant tickets can be provided free of charge subject to eligibility. Yes, you can purchase a student season ticket online. However, it is important to note that this category of season ticket can only be purchased by those in full-time education at Higher or Further Education level. Please upload proof of eligibility when prompted to do so during your purchase (i.e. confirmation of acceptance from your learning institution covering season 2024/25/valid matriculation card, clearly showing your name and the valid dates).

Yes, holders of executive seating season tickets should renew online.

Will the Club retain its policy of not charging for season tickets for kids aged 12 and under next season?

Yes, it is a policy the Club is very proud of, and it will continue next season.

This season, for the first time, anyone applying for a 12 and under season ticket will be asked to upload proof of eligibility at the point of purchase. Please have the child’s birth certificate or passport to hand and upload this when prompted to do so, clearly showing the child’s name and date of birth.

If you are buying an U13 season ticket for the first time, please ensure that you add the adult/concession ticket to your basket first before adding up to two ‘U13’ tickets.

Will I receive a physical season ticket card?

Season tickets are automatically uploaded to your ticketing app. Your QR code can then be saved to your digital wallet (Apple or Google). Alternatively, your QR code can be scanned from your ticketing app, and we would also encourage you to take a screenshot of your QR code and save it to an album to ensure it remains accessible should you experience loss of signal from your mobile phone service provider.

Whilst we would encourage all supporters to take advantage of our digital season ticket option we recognise that some fans may prefer to have a physical season ticket card.

If you would prefer a physical season ticket please select ‘physical season card’ from the dropdown menu at ‘delivery options’ before completing your purchase. There is a small postal charge of £3.50 for this service. Your season ticket will be sent to the postal address on your order.
