Anthony Ralston

Anthony Ralston joined Saints on a season-long-loan-deal from Celtic on transfer deadline day in September 2019.

Right-back Ralston was signed to replace the departed Richard Foster and the Scotland U21 international arrived at McDiarmid Park having had previous loan spells with Queen's Park and Dundee United.

Bellshill-born Anthony made 18 appearances for Celtic's first-team before making the switch including in the UEFA Champions League where he challenged himself against a PSG side with the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

Anthony has a contract with the Scottish Champions which runs until May 2022 and is rated highly by Celtic boss Neil Lennon. He will remain on-loan at Saints until May 2020 in which time he will hope to have a full season of top flight first-team experience under his belt.
