Will I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL SEASON TICKET CARD?

No, you will not automatically receive a physical season ticket card.

Season ticket QR codes are available within your Fanbase account. Your QR code can then be transferred to your digital wallet (Apple or Google) for ease of access on matchdays (no mobile phone signal required).

Alternatively, your QR code can be scanned from Fanbase, or you can screen shot your QR codes and save them to an album.

Whilst we would encourage all supporters to take advantage of our digital season ticket option we recognise that some fans may prefer to have a physical season ticket card.

If you would prefer a plastic season ticket card you can purchase through Fanbase when you are purchasing your season ticket. There is a fee of £5 per card. These will be available for collection from McDiarmid Park before the start of the season.

WILL MY SEASON TICKET CARD FOR THE CURRENT SEASON WORK FOR SEASON 2026/27?

No, all cards issued for season 2025/2026 will cease to work.

IS THERE A FINCANCE OPTION THIS YEAR?

Season tickets are available to finance with Klarna, allowing you to either pay in 30 days or spread the cost over three interest-free instalments. Klarna will perform a soft check against your email address during checkout. If you don’t see this option, it may be because your application was not approved.

You can find full details and terms on Klarna’s website here: https://www.klarna.com/uk/terms-and-conditions/.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY MY LOAN?

Supporters who sign up for the Finance Option with CCU should note that if you default on 2 consecutive payments, your Season Ticket(s) will be placed on hold and access to McDiarmid Park Stadium temporarily revoked.

Any defaulted payments must be cleared at least 10 working days before the next payment date is due otherwise the next payment will automatically default resulting in your Season Ticket(s) being placed on hold. Manual card payments will be required to bring your account back up to date and you can do this via CCU’s secure online banking portal/app, or by contacting CCU by email at contactus@capitalcreditunion.com or calling 0131 225 9901.

Continued failed payments will result in your Season Ticket(s) being completely cancelled and will affect your eligibility to use this scheme for next season. We are also required to report any non-payments to Credit Reference Agencies, and this may impact your credit rating.

HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH CCU

You can contact CCU member services by calling 0131 225 9901 or you can e mail contactus@capitalcreditunion.com
