The following is a ticketing update for St Johnstone supporters ahead of our William Hill Premiership match against Celtic.
The SPFL has today confirmed that the match will take place at McDiarmid Park on Wednesday, September 9, with kick-off at 8pm. The match has been selected for live TV coverage.
All East Stand season ticket holders will be relocated to the Geoff Brown Stand for this fixture. Geoff Brown Stand season tickets remain valid for this match.
We understand that this decision divides opinion. However, as previously stated, the additional revenue generated from these fixtures provides a significant financial boost to St Johnstone Football Club, which is vital in helping us compete and invest both on and off the pitch.
East Stand season ticket holders
All East Stand season ticket holders will be emailed in the coming days with instructions on how to claim their seat in the Geoff Brown Stand.
If you have not received an email by Wednesday, September 2 at 12 noon, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still have no email, please contact ticketsales@perthsaints.co.uk.
Please also note that season ticket holders who access Fanbase as a ‘guest’ will not be able to claim a ticket. Please complete full registration via Fanbase and make sure to follow St Johnstone.
The seat claim process will take place in stages:
– East Stand Premium and all East Stand ambulant disabled and wheelchair season ticket holders will have a window during which to claim their seat in the Geoff Brown Stand.
– East Stand Standard season ticket holders will then have a window to claim their seat.
– East Stand Entry season ticket holders can then claim their seats.
Season ticket holders should follow the instructions and purchase windows contained within their email to claim their seat.
Once the season ticket claim window has closed, should any Geoff Brown Stand tickets remain available, the club will consider whether to offer these tickets on general sale or place them on restricted sale only.
Family Stand season ticket holders
Please note, Family Stand season tickets are not valid for this fixture.
Family Stand season ticket holders will be notified of Geoff Brown Stand availability should any tickets remain following the seat claim window.
Important information for all supporters
The Geoff Brown Stand is designated for St Johnstone supporters only for this fixture.
Any visiting supporters found in the Geoff Brown Stand will be ejected from the stadium and no refund will be offered.
We ask all supporters to ensure they purchase tickets in the appropriate area of the stadium and comply with the club’s ticketing and stadium regulations. Any supporter found to have purchased tickets for opposition fans risks having their purchasing privileges revoked.
Tickets for all Celtic areas of the ground will be sold by Celtic FC.
Please note, all hospitality seating will be housed as normal in the Geoff Brown Stand for this fixture.
