St Johnstone WFC have welcomed a number of new faces ahead of the start of the new SWPL2 season, many who featured in the Sky Sports Cup on Sunday.
Here’s a rundown of who has arrived at McDiarmid Park.
MEGAN BURNS
Megan Burns will be a familiar face to supporters.
The versatile defender spent time on loan at the Saints last season and has now made the switch permanent.
Welcome back, Megan!
MEGAN SIDEY
Goalkeeper Megan Sidey may well be another familiar face to fans.
She previously spent many years at the club before spells at Aberdeen and Dundee United.
Megan has now made the switch back and was in action against Livingston on Sunday.
ALIX MOODIE
Continuing the familiar face theme, we were delighted to welcome midfielder Alix Moodie back to the club.
Alix spent three years at Saints before moving to Dundee United after the 2023/24 season.
Most predominantly a central midfielder, Alix is looking forward to creating more memories at McDiarmid Park.
ROBYN SMITH
Forward Robyn Smith played for the side back in 2015 and is now excited to be with us again at McDiarmid Park.
Robyn has had spells with Forfar Farmington, Hearts and Dundee United. She adds experience to the frontline.
LUCY LIVIE
A loan signing from Rangers, attacker Lucy Livie joins the Saints determined to impress.
The 18-year-old, who can play off the wing or through the middle, netted her first goal for the club against Livingston on Sunday.
She picked up SWPL2 experience with Boroughmuir Thistle last season.
CHARLOTTE GATES
Another loan signing is goalkeeper Charlotte Gates, who joins from Glasgow City subject to SFA approval.
Charlotte has been part of the youth academy at Glasgow City and picked up senior experience at Rossvale last season.
EMILY TOMB
Emily Tomb arrives at McDiarmid Park on loan from Celtic, subject to SFA approval.
A left-back, Emily is looking forward to playing alongside her new team-mates as the start of the league season edges closer.
