Our under-19s shared the points with Falkirk after an entertaining 3-3 draw at the Falkirk Stadium in the Club Academy Scotland Performance League on Tuesday evening.
The young Saints took the lead just after the half-hour mark when Kai Hughes found the net in the 32nd minute.
However, the hosts responded quickly, with Conor Walsh levelling the scores five minutes later before Leo Harris put Falkirk ahead just two minutes after that to turn the game around.
Saints came out strongly after the interval and restored parity in the 57th minute. Ethan Martin was brought down inside the penalty area, allowing Arran Brookfield to step up and confidently convert from the spot.
Falkirk regained the advantage in the 63rd minute through Casey Lindsay, but there was still plenty of action to come.
The visitors showed great determination to get back on level terms once again, with Marcus Wallace finding the net in the 70th minute to make it 3-3.
Neither side could find a decisive winner in the closing stages, meaning the points were shared after an entertaining six-goal contest in Falkirk.
