Building our club: Supporter information ahead of season ticket launch

Excitement is building ahead of tomorrow’s season ticket launch as the Saints get set for our return to the Scottish Premiership.

Following our Family Stand announcement, another big change at McDiarmid Park for the 2026/27 campaign is that the club is moving all away fans out of the Geoff Brown Stand.* In recent years, away fans have been given 950 seats in the Geoff Brown Stand and, only if those have sold out, has the North Stand been opened.  Now, the Ormond Stand will be the away stand and open for all matches. To facilitate this change, the club is adding a wheelchair platform and disabled parking and access to the Ormond Stand.

There are several reasons for this change: improving the experience for our fans in the Geoff Brown Stand, adding desirable seating areas for our supporters, increasing the capacity of our very successful hospitality programme, and improving the matchday atmosphere. Simo has been very clear that having four stands open for all matches is better for our players.

In order to encourage greater attendance in the Geoff Brown Stand, our award-winning hospitality team will be opening two new hospitality spaces. First, a new relaxed hospitality option will be available, without a sit-down meal and at a more economical price point for those seeking a more casual experience.  Also, St Johnstone’s first ‘behind-the-glass’ hospitality experience will be opening. This will be the perfect site for a special occasion, a corporate event, or just a great day out with a group of pals. Stay tuned for further details on both new hospitality options.  And remember, season ticket holders will receive 10% off on all hospitality purchases.

*Please note, away fans will still be able to purchase hospitality packages in the Geoff Brown Stand.

A NEW PRICING STRUCTURE

For our 2026/27 season tickets, we are introducing a new stadium-wide pricing strategy, designed to give supporters more choice and flexibility:

● Entry Level Seating – affordable access to live football for those who don’t need the best seat in the house

● Standard Seating – excellent seats, but not the very best

● Premium Seating – the best views and coverage

This approach to pricing – which has been implemented by other clubs, such as Hearts – allows us to lower the price of 60% of our seats. In these hard times, the club wants every fan to have a season ticket they can afford. It only makes sense that the best seats cost more. Those willing to sacrifice their view deserve a discount.

In another boost to affordability, please note that our new ticketing partner FanBase works with Klarna to allow purchasers to pay the full cost of the season ticket over time. The Klarna payment option will be provided to most season ticket customers at checkout. Therefore, even supporters who do not have the full price of the season ticket on hand will be able to conclude their purchase transaction.

Full pricing and full details of season ticket information will be available in tomorrow’s launch announcement.
