CHANGE OF HEAD CHEFS AT McDIARMID PARK

26th July 2016

Saturday’s match against Hibs was the ‘end of an era’ within the club’s catering department as Head Chef Phil Scott stepped down after seven years with the club.

Phil has handed over the reins to Bernard Taylor who joins the club with a wealth of experience behind him, most recently in the hotel trade in Aberdeen.

The club’s match day hospitality, conference facilities and private function activities continue to be a vital source of income and Bernard has been tasked with continuing the excellent reputation built by his predecessor.

Phil meanwhile is joining fiancée Clare Hanrahan in moving into the private restaurant business and towards the end of this month they will open a new restaurant in Auchterader called “All Seasons” in the main street of the ‘Lang Toon’.

As an introductory offer, Phil and Clare are pleased to offer St Johnstone season ticket holders 10% off any bill at the restaurant until the end of the football season upon production of a season ticket book.
