The transfer tribunal verdict on Liam Craig's move from Falkirk

St Johnstone will have to pay Falkirk FC £25,000 for the services of Liam Craig.

That is the outcome of this afternoon’s transfer tribunal hearing at Hampden Park which was attended by both clubs – Derek McInnes, Managing Director Stewart Duff and the player himself attended on behalf of St Johnstone.

Falkirk will be due a further £12,000 if the club is promoted to the SPL during Liam’s time at McDiarmid Park and also 25% of any future transfer received by Saints from another club.

Stewart Duff told the Saints Official Website “The tribunal listened to the points made by both clubs. We feel we have had a fair hearing and accept the findings.”
