Match Preview: Hibernian vs St Johnstone

A rematch of last year’s Scottish Cup final, which saw St Johnstone complete an unprecedented double, takes place later today in the capital.
Both sides come into this match on a high after they each sealed themselves in the League Cup Semi-FInal midweek.
Callum Davidson had the Hibees number last season, winning four out of their six meetings.
Hibs started the season fantastically and are so far undefeated in the league. Saints had a slow start to their campaign but following the international break they look to be a formidable force once again.
Jack Ross’ men dominated Dundee United on Thursday night, the Edinburgh side put three past the tangerines which booked them a place at Hampden. Saints faced a few scares in the first half at Dens but took control after half-time, scoring twice against their Tayside rivals.
A strong away support is expected to be cheering the Perth men at Easter Road. They will be hoping to see their beloved double cup winners pick up their second win of the season.
