U18s: Morton preview (cup semi-final)

Our under-18s return to action on Friday evening as attention switches to the semi-final of the CAS Cup.

Greenock Morton provide the opposition with the match taking place at Parklea. Kick-off is scheduled for 7.30pm and any support for the team would be appreciated.

The young team pieced together an impressive group stage showing to advance through the competition and have been training hard this week in preparation for the last four tie.

Defender Cole Voy said: “We have had good sessions this week with a lot of hard work. Now we’re just looking forward to playing the game.

“There is a really good atmosphere in the changing room at the moment. We know that, if someone is not at the races, a team-mate will be there to back them up. We play as a team very well.

“Anything can happen in a cup game and everyone just needs to give their best. We’ll all look to put in a very good performance.”
