St Mirren preview

St Johnstone will host St Mirren this Saturday in another huge match in a bid for survival in the cinch Premiership.

All the important information as Saints host to St Mirren for a crucial match in the bid for cinch Premiership survival.

Saints return to action this Saturday as we host St Mirren at McDiarmid Park. After picking up a point in the Tayside derby last weekend, Saints will be looking to close the gap on St Mirren to two points with a win.

Saints came from a goal down to rescue a point at Dens Park, with Shaun Rooney grabbing a headed goal from an in-swinging Melker Hallberg corner. Dundee took the lead in the first half through Jordan Marshall.

Callum spoke exclusively to SaintsTV ahead of our massive home match against St Mirren this Saturday

Callum Booth Match Preview:

"I thought we performed well at the weekend once we got going, we started slowly but then we settled into the game. Overall, I thought we played not too bad."

"We need to build on that second half performance and take it into this Saturday, start a lot better than we did last week and hopefully get another positive result."

"Saturday is a massive game, we know it’s going to take a lot of hard work and a good performance to beat them. It’s a massive game and we have to win it."
