U18s: Trophy presentation on Wednesday

Our under-18s will receive their Club Academy Scotland Performance League trophy before Wednesday evening’s Scottish Premiership fixture against Ross County.

The young team are scheduled to be presented with the trophy and medals around 7.30pm and so it would be appreciated if supporters could make their way to their seats as early as possible.

The U18s recently secured the title by finishing the campaign strongly with wins against both Ayr United and Dundee.

Alistair Stevenson, head of our youth academy, has sent out the rallying call for as big a crowd as possible to attend the game and make the occasion an extra special one for the talented crop of youngsters.

“The presentation will take place in front of the Main Stand 15 minutes before kick-off,” Stevenson said. “They will receive their trophy and medals for winning the U18 league.

“That was a great achievement and I’m sure they will enjoy getting the credit for it. It would be great to get as many as the fans in as possible to give them a cheer.”
