St. Johnstone is delighted to announce the signing of former Scotland midfielder, Craig Bryson.

Bryson left Aberdeen earlier this month and Sainst beat off competition to land the 33-year-old former Derby County, Kilmarnock and Clyde on a contract until the end of the season.

Bryson has enjoyed a sterling career and has been impressive for well over a decade. He has been an integral part of many teams but his best contribution was at Derby County. He signed for The Rams in 2011 and spent eight years there.

Bryson won their Player of the Year award twice and was also named in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.

Callum Davidson is thrilled to have secured Bryson and knows the player's ability and experience will significantly enhance the current squad.

Bryson is looking forward to getting started at McDiarmid Park and told St Johnstone FC website: "I'm thrilled to finally put pen to paper.

"As soon as I heard of St Johnstone's intersest it was a place I really wanted to come to.

"I've been impressed with the way the club has conducted its business and I've also been impressed with the brand of football the team has been playing under Callum Davidson.

"I'm keen to get started and play my part in the season ahead."
