U18s: Livingston (A) preview

Our under-18s are back in Club Academy Scotland Performance League action on Friday evening.

The young team make the trip through to the Home of the Set Fare Arena to face Livingston and kick-off will be 7.45pm. All support is welcome.

Midfielder Grant Leitch was on hand to preview the fixture and said that the team is determined to finish the season on the front foot.

The U18s are looking to bounce back from last week’s home defeat against Partick Thistle.

“We’ve had some challenging games and we’re just looking for a level of consistency at the moment,” he explained. “That is maybe what we have been struggling with.

“The effort from the boys is always there and we want to make sure that we finish the season strongly.

“It will be another tough game on Friday but you need to back yourselves to play football the right way and work hard to get a positive result.”
